Leveraging over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Kristy Carter founded Raven Commercial Group in 2024 with the philosophy that property management should go “beyond the building” and focus primarily on the needs and goals of the individual property owner.
The team at RCG has experience working in all sectors of the commercial real estate industry and a deep understanding of the unique needs of every asset type from multifamily and mixed-use, to industrial, office, medical office and retail properties.
We do not take a “one size fits all” approach to management. While we provide a wide range of services, we understand that not all property owners need this level of support. Therefore, our first step is to develop a customized plan that focuses on each owner and their specific goals and expectations for maximizing long-term value.
