Carlisle - Branson Funeral Service & Crematory was founded in 1895 by Frank E. Carlisle. The full service funeral home and Morgan County's only onsite crematory is owned and operated today by Mooresville residents, Chris & Mary Beth Branson. Staffed with many familiar and longtime residents of the community, Carlisle - Branson provides a warm and welcoming environment when you are faced with a loss in your own family. The funeral home is located in a historic location on East High Street in downtown Mooresville. Additionally, we operate Mooresville's only full service monument operation, Mooresville Monuments which is located next door.
