This is a part time position. Business Engagement Center Agents are responsible for re-engaging with non-sold customers, and ultimately setting appointments. This person will follow the BEC Cold Calling work-flow, and contact all leads in an effort to earn their business. This position is paid based on bonus levels for appointments set, shows, and sales, and an hourly wage.
