A partnership made up of Morgan County organizations has created a new fundraising t-shirt to benefit small, locally owned businesses in the hospitality sector to help them cope with the real-world difficulties of the current global pandemic.
Created by Visit Morgan County and the Martinsville Chamber, this “I Love Local” t-shirt design highlights the importance of supporting local businesses. The Mooresville Chamber of Commerce has also joined the partnership to help promote the shirt and the importance of supporting our smaller businesses during this time. Local business Super Sports will produce the shirts and net proceeds from t-shirt sales will benefit a grant fund for our struggling small businesses. T-shirt orders will be pulled on Fridays, with delivery anticipated within 7-10 days. Those ordering t-shirts will be notified by e-mail when shirts are done.
